Art Exhibition Politics on the Plate II

Following the successful exhibition Politics on the Plate, which was on view from
September 16, 2026, through September 30, 2026, at the University of Zurich, Galerie Lokal
is opening its doors for the second part of the exhibition, titled Politics on the Plate II.
Featuring works of painting, printmaking, ceramics, and textile art, we highlight
the interconnections between everyday food consumption and social structures.
We invite you to a curated fall exhibition that not only highlights the polarity
between unsustainable consumption and systemic poverty, but also offers
a fresh way to experience the unique atmosphere of the gallery spaces.
The exhibition invites visitors to understand their own consumption
as embedded in social and political contexts.

Vernissage: Saturday | 31.10.2026 | 5.30 pm
